You can park downstairs, take the elevator to the 5th floor, and you'll find the clinic there. After entering some basic information on the computer, you wait for your turn. I've heard they do a great job here, so there are quite a few people. I recommend going early if you can. I went around 3:30 PM, and it was still crowded, so I think I waited about 20 minutes. They are open until 7 PM, so just keep in mind that you can come for a consultation until 5:30 PM. The doctor is young but really friendly, and he explains everything thoroughly. I highly recommend this place!

After showing our ID, we waited. I always feel that they greet us warmly every time, and the doctor is thorough, so I'm relieved to hear that it's not a serious issue. There were no injections or prescriptions, and she said we just need to wait until it heals naturally, which is a huge relief. The parking lot is underground, and there’s no need for a separate parking ticket, so you can just leave after your appointment. Sometimes it can be really busy, and you might not be able to see a doctor, so I recommend calling ahead if you're going on the weekend. I recommend this place to those living nearby.
