I am especially grateful to the consultant who took such good care and was very kind, and the doctor explained everything in detail and with kindness. They also took care of various conveniences, and the things done before and after the procedure were very comfortable. Additionally, having various machines at the hospital was an advantage as I could receive multiple services. They also kindly explained the serum eye drops and prepared them well.
I took medicine once a day for about a month and worked out at the gym about once a week. I didn't follow any special diet, but I also didn't overeat, didn't drink alcohol at all, and took high doses of vitamins. Since I started herbal medicine, my bowel movements have been excellent. One downside is that I pass gas easily, but since my digestion is so good, I'm losing weight. I'm not in a hurry to lose weight, as I think it might be unhealthy for my body. I was nearly at 59 or 60 kg, but I've gradually dropped to the mid-57 kg range. My goal is to slowly reach below 55 kg, and I plan to continue taking one packet a day during the second stage.
