I received a thread lifting procedure. It wasn't that painful, and it's bearable. There is slight swelling for about 3 to 4 days, but after that, it seems to have the advantage of being something you can get done without your family knowing. For up to a week, you need to wash your face gently, and the sensation of something foreign disappears after 2 weeks. Since the lifting is done on the cheeks, my wrinkles have diminished, and filling in the nasolabial folds has greatly increased my satisfaction. The doctor tailors the procedure to each individual.
