I felt something was off with my body starting from after work. Is it possible to feel this much pain from a cold? I bought some medicine from a local pharmacy, and it seemed to help a bit, so I went to bed early, but I was in so much pain that I woke up from my sleep at 4 AM. I waited until the clinic opened and then went to the Seoul ENT clinic in Mapo. Perhaps because it was during flu season, there were a lot of people even early on. After registering, I met with the doctor, shared all my symptoms, and then they suggested taking my temperature first. They suspected the flu and proceeded with testing. After confirming the flu, they said it would be good for me to get IV fluids, so I agreed. I remembered how much I was hurting early this morning, and I just wanted to feel better quickly. I got the IV and was also prescribed a five-day course of medication. Even after the IV, I was still in pain, but after about six hours, I started to feel my body recovering.
