View moreI have a lot of gray hair, but I can't dye it because of scalp troubles.[5]
What happens if I dye my hair when I have a lot of gray hair? My scalp is red, itchy, and inflamed. Even though I used a dye that is said to be good, I experienced similar symptoms. I also tried henna and natural hair dyes, and although the severity was milder, I still had trouble. Even though a friend who owns a beauty salon dyed my hair with a really good hair dye, I still had a trouble, so I guess there's no answer. After a few times, I haven't been able to dye my hair. It used to just feel a little tingling when I dyed my hair to look good, and it was okay, but it seems my scalp has become more sensitive now ㅠㅠ Have you ever tried coffee dyeing? Even if I dye my hair with coffee, it probably won't last long, but I think there won't be any scalp troubles, so I'm still cautious and haven't tried it yet. I'm very interested in coffee staining, so I looked into it~ ✔ Organic coffee (dark roast or espresso) - pour water into one cup, boil, then cool. Add rinse to thicken it to some extent, then apply to the hair. Rinse only with water after about an hour. If the color is light, repeat once more. Or this brewed coffee water. After shampooing and rinsing, pour it over the hair several times, leave it on for about 20 minutes, then rinse. I think it might not get stained this way. It should come out well since it's coffee stain~ Nothing seems easy. I'm wondering how it would be if I mixed coffee grounds into shampoo. Are there anyone like me who cannot dye their hair due to scalp troubles? How should I cover gray hair? I've also tried using the gray hair cover stick, and it does cover to some extent. Sometimes I forget to use it when I'm busy. This is the root cover-up stick I use. As you can see in the picture above It takes a long time to cover the gray hair because there are quite a few gray hairs. Maybe it feels like covering each and every strand. The good thing about this gray hair cover is that it doesn't get on the scalp. I tested it on my hand, and it didn't get on my skin at all. To hide gray hair, it's also a time thief~ I used to try using a gray hair coverage powder as well. It covers quickly, but it seems to create dust, and if it rains, it might run down. I am not using it right now. There will probably be more gray hair. It's hard to cover it every time with a new toothbrush. It doesn't cover thoroughly either~ Is there a way to cover gray hair without irritating the scalp? I'm also curious about how effective coffee dyeing has been for those who have tried it. Feel free to recommend gentle natural dye products.

Can frequent dyeing or perming worsen hair loss? How often should I dye or perm my hair to get it done? I'm curious about the perm cycle and maintenance methods.

Does getting a scalp massage or the treatments at a hair salon help with hair loss?

I once suffered from alopecia areata, where pimples on my scalp caused by seborrheic dermatitis damaged my hair roots and led to hair loss. The doctor told me it was simply root damage due to skin inflammation and not actual hair loss, so I recovered after treatment. However, that experience made me realize I needed to take care of my scalp. Since then, I have been getting treatments at a scalp care shop occasionally—though not consistently—and I immediately felt the effects of scalp scaling. The place I went to was a clinic located within a specialized hospital, and since it was a place where I could receive specialized scalp care, I was able to undergo a more systematic examination. When you visit, please fill out a checklist first so that we can check your current scalp condition. They also checked things like scalp heat, itching, and sebum levels. And we take a picture of the scalp before treatment. To visually confirm the effects of scalp scaling, it is essential to take photos to check your usual scalp condition, so it is recommended to wash your hair the day before the procedure rather than on the day itself. I was a bit surprised at first when I checked my scalp on the monitor after the shoot... I was shocked to see some dead skin cells and oiliness, but the esthetician told me that it's normal for everyone, so I felt relieved. 😅 Please describe the current condition of my scalp while looking at the photo. The results showed that I needed to manage my pores, dead skin cells, and oil, so I received a scalp scaling treatment. Next, go into the treatment room and get a scalp massage. My scalp is slightly sensitive, but I felt refreshed immediately after the massage. It wasn't irritating and felt as comfortable as getting a shampoo at a hair salon. After the massage, we proceed with a full-scale scalp scaling treatment using a natural scaling agent. It’s not like they shoot or apply things directly to your scalp just because it’s a procedure; instead, the therapist applies an ampoule that removes impurities while providing care with a galvanic device! It feels really refreshing! The scalp scaling effect was quite good. Since it is a cooling device, I felt a refreshing sensation, and it felt like the heat on my scalp was going down. After the massage and scaling, I also applied a scalp pack. You also get moisture with a steamer Finally, I applied the ampoule one more time, received one more treatment with the device, and it was finished! Depending on the program, you can either dry your hair yourself or receive care that includes drying. I think the scalp scaling effect would be better if I had a professional take care of everything, including drying my hair, but due to the price, I dried it myself haha. After everything was finished, they took another photo of my scalp and showed me the before and after comparison, and I could definitely see the difference. My oiliness decreased, and my pores and dead skin cells disappeared. I realized why everyone says scalp scaling is so effective. Before the treatment, sebum and dead skin cells were stuck to my scalp in white, but after the treatment, it looked clean and moisturized without any dead skin cells!! I felt the biggest effect of the scalp scaling in this aspect. My oil and pore exfoliation scores improved after the treatment! While scalp care may not completely prevent hair loss, it certainly seems to help maintain a clean scalp environment. I think it is worth trying at least once, especially for those who, like me, have suffered from seborrheic dermatitis or scalp issues. I was very satisfied because my scalp felt like it could breathe after the treatment. Personally, I felt that scalp scaling is quite effective for those struggling with scalp heat or excess sebum. Of course, you won't see dramatic changes after just one treatment, but my hair feels less greasy and my scalp feels much cleaner, so I plan to get it done occasionally in the future. After receiving it, I definitely understood why everyone talks about the effects of scalp scaling!
