The doctor at the Sky ENT clinic is really kind, and since it's Dongnae Hospital, I can easily get treated anytime, which is really great!

Recently, my tinnitus has worsened, making it hard to concentrate, so I visited an ENT clinic. I was really worried since there are so many possible causes for the symptoms, but the doctor explained everything step by step to ease my anxiety. They conducted hearing and balance tests to analyze the causes from various angles, and based on the results, they explained that stress and muscle tension were the likely culprits. I appreciated that it wasn't just a prescription for medication but also practical solutions like posture correction, adjusting sleep patterns, and limiting caffeine intake. Right now, I’m on medication and getting physical therapy, and I’m happy to say the intensity of my tinnitus has decreased significantly.

The diagnosis was well done and I felt comfortable. It was great.
