I visited the You & I clinic in Daegu to get a skincare booster. It's known as a nationwide chain and it looked appealing with its monthly events and reasonable pricing, so I was curious about it. The clinic is located in Banwoldang, right in the center of Daegu. Overall, the facilities were very clean. Before the skin treatment, I had a consultation to determine the most suitable procedure for me. I received an aqua peel treatment for exfoliation and pore cleansing, as well as a sonocare procedure that stimulates collagen through ultrasonic vibrations for a lifting effect and calming of the skin. To finish, the staff kindly explained and performed a treatment to cool the skin's surface, helping to improve sensitivity. Inside the treatment room, there were about ten beds separated by dividers, and there were quite a few people receiving treatments. You can make same-day reservations through Naver, and I would recommend it to anyone looking for professional skin care. I was very satisfied with my freshly soft skin after the treatment! LOL

I had been going to the clinic before switching to Better Me. The staff in charge of consultations and the front desk are all friendly, and it's nice that they don't pressure you into unnecessary treatments or payments. The doctors who perform the procedures are also kind and attentive, delivering detailed care. Overall, I am satisfied with the skin management except for 1-2 of the caregivers.

After registration, there were many waiting patients, so I had to wait longer than expected, and the waiting room felt quite crowded and a bit uncomfortable. During the consultation, after examining my skin, they discussed the possibility of allergic dermatitis and I received prescriptions for ointment and oral medication. The explanation was generally quick, and there wasn't a lot of information about the causes of my recurring symptoms or advice on managing my condition in daily life. They answered my questions, but it left me wanting more detailed explanations upfront. I got the impression that this is a dermatology clinic focused on basic consultations and prescriptions, so if you're expecting thorough counseling, you might feel somewhat disappointed.

I had a total of 5 sessions of GentleMax Pro hair removal at Unity Dermatology in Beomeo-dong, Daegu. The staff is generally very friendly and they guided me carefully through the procedure, which made me trust them from my first visit. By the fifth session, I noticed a significant reduction in hair and it has become much finer, but I feel it's still a bit lacking for complete hair removal. However, the post-treatment care was easy, and my overall satisfaction is high. I plan to return for a few more sessions in the future. I will also continue with 5 more hair removal sessions. It seems like they have a lot of promotions for other treatments as well, so I am considering trying procedures like Rejuran, Excel, or laser treatments for spot removal and whitening.
