It's working great! At first, I didn't exercise, but later on, it slowed down, and since I've been told to incorporate cardio, I've been doing that, and my muscle mass is increasing while my weight is decreasing well. I got 300 shots of Ultherapy and 60 kj of titanium… I was really worried it would hurt, but thanks to the numbing cream, one side of my cheek was actually pain-free.
