I had double eyelid surgery and fat repositioning under my eyes. There was some swelling in my face, so my skin looked tight and firm. ^^ I was considering facial fat grafting after that, and it reminded me that it has been 3 months since I had surgery with Dr. Lee Han-jung at A-Top Plastic Surgery. I wanted to share a brief update and review.~^^ During the recovery period, I experienced almost no discomfort or pain. The double eyelid line has settled beautifully, and everyone says I look lovely when I go to gatherings. ~ With the fat under my eyes gone, I look neat and rejuvenated, with a difference of at least 10 years, if not 5 years younger, so I'm very satisfied with the results.~

I have been concerned about the fat under my eyes for a long time, so I decided to undergo surgery. The kindness and detailed consultation from the manager, along with the thorough and friendly consultation from the director, were very pleasing. The pain was less than I expected, and I am happy with the results.

I often heard that I looked tired due to my under-eye dark circles and protruding fat. Even with concealer, there were limits, so I decided to undergo under-eye fat surgery (repositioning). From the consultation, the doctor carefully examined my eye condition and explained that instead of just removing fat, they would fill in the sunken areas to improve naturally, which made me trust them. I didn't want any drastic changes, and they understood that well, so I felt comfortable deciding to go through with the surgery. The procedure was quicker than I expected, and thanks to the anesthesia, I hardly felt any pain. Right after the surgery, my under-eyes were a bit swollen and bruised, but following the advice for cold compresses and care helped a lot, and after about a week, the swelling went down significantly. The nurses were very kind too.

At first, I often heard comments about my under-eye area looking puffy and having dark circles, making me appear tired, which led me to seek a consultation for under-eye fat. During the consultation, I was informed that I had a type where fat protrudes and creates shadows, so I decided to undergo under-eye fat repositioning treatment. Immediately after the procedure, there was some swelling and a little bruising, but it wasn't as severe as I expected, and after about a week, it gradually settled down more naturally. After about a month, my under-eye area looked much smoother, and I felt my tired appearance had improved significantly. On the same day, I also received Botox for my jaw, which was completed in just a few minutes, and the pain was manageable. There weren't significant changes in the first few days, but after 1 to 2 weeks, I started to feel a gradual reduction in my jaw muscles, and my facial contour appeared softer than before. I noticed a slight decrease in my chewing strength, but it didn't cause major discomfort in my daily life. Overall, my under-eye area appeared brighter, and my jawline felt more refined, making it a procedure with quite high satisfaction.
