The hospital is located on the second floor, and the passage from the first floor entrance to the second was generally dark and had an unpleasant odor, which sometimes made me feel uncomfortable when entering the hospital. It seemed even more disappointing because there was a sauna facility on the second floor, which I think contributed to the atmosphere. The interior of the hospital also gave an impression of being outdated, leading to an overall somewhat cold and unfamiliar atmosphere. Especially in the operating room, I have to honestly say that I did not feel inclined to step inside willingly. Despite that, the music (I’m not sure if it was radio or just music) that was playing inside helped ease my tension a bit, which was comforting. In summary, while the kindness of the doctor and staff and the trust in their medical care were very positive, I felt that the facility's environment might make me hesitant to visit the hospital again. If the space from the first floor to the hospital entrance is difficult to improve due to ownership issues, at the very least, I believe that improvements to the interior or ambiance within the hospital could make patients feel much more comfortable.
