I once went to the hospital with severe symptoms of high fever, cough with phlegm, and fatigue. Suddenly, I had a fever that made my whole body ache, and every time I coughed, it felt like there was phlegm boiling inside, making daily life difficult. When I visited the hospital at that time, the interior was tidy, and the waiting area was relatively quiet, so I was able to wait calmly. After my consultation, the doctor explained that my symptoms were due to a cold and prescribed fever reducers and medication to alleviate the fatigue, as well as medicine to reduce cough and phlegm. The instructions for taking the medication were easy to follow, and I remember taking it consistently. After a few days of taking the medication, my fever gradually went down, and my fatigue became much lighter. The cough and phlegm also decreased over time, and I was able to recover. Overall, it was a smooth and positive experience with my treatment.

I started feeling really sick with body aches and sore throat a few days ago, so I went in for a check-up. Usually, I just tough it out at home thinking I can shake off a cold, but this time I had a fever and it was really tough. During the consultation, the doctor calmly asked me about my symptoms and did a thorough examination, which made me feel a lot more at ease. Even though I had cold symptoms, the doctor explained everything by considering my physical condition and recent environment, so I was able to trust and follow the treatment plan. I got an IV and took the prescribed medication while resting, and although I still had some body aches on the first day, by the second day, my cough and runny nose had significantly improved and my fever dropped quickly, making my daily life much more comfortable. Above all, the best part was not being woken up at night by coughing, which allowed me to get a good night's sleep. I'll definitely try to come in sooner before my cold gets worse next time.
25.12.13 MoA Family Medicine Clinic

I'm sharing my experience at Moa Family Medicine Clinic. I recently visited because I wasn't feeling well, and the overall cleanliness and organization of the clinic made a great first impression. The registration process was quick, and the staff was very kind, making my wait comfortable. In the examination room, the doctor asked detailed questions about my symptoms and checked my lifestyle habits, which built my trust. Instead of just prescribing medication, they explained the causes and prevention methods, which was really helpful. When I had questions, they answered in a way that was easy to understand, which reassured me, and I felt a general atmosphere of care for the patients. This is a clinic I would like to revisit if I need to in the future.
26.02.24 Oga Family Medicine Clinic

I recently had a health checkup at Oga Family Medicine Clinic and wanted to share my review. From the moment I walked in, it was a very satisfying experience overall. The clinic was clean and well-organized, which made me feel confident from the start, and the reception staff were friendly and provided clear guidance, making me feel completely at ease in a new medical environment. I opted for a basic health checkup along with a few additional tests, and I appreciated that the whole process was organized so there wasn’t a long wait. What stood out particularly was that the medical staff took the time to explain what tests would be done and why they were necessary in a way that was easy to understand. Thanks to that, I didn’t just feel like I was undergoing tests; I felt like I was getting a proper assessment and management of my health status. During the consultation after the tests, the doctor didn’t just deliver the results; they thoroughly explained my current condition and what aspects to manage going forward, which was very helpful. I had several questions, and they patiently answered each one without showing any sign of annoyance, which left a good impression. The overall atmosphere of the clinic felt calm and professional, allowing me to feel comfortable during my visit, and I noticed that hygiene was well-maintained as well. I believe this is a place that I can confidently recommend to anyone looking for a clinic for health checkups or basic medical care. I plan to return for regular health checkups or consultations in the future. It was a great experience thanks to the friendly care and systematic testing. Thank you.

After suffering from a severe flu last month, my voice was hoarse and it didn’t improve over time. In fact, it got worse the more I spoke, and I was worried because it was becoming harder to talk, so I decided to visit the clinic. I initially thought it was just lingering effects from a simple cold, but during the consultation, I realized how important it is to pinpoint the exact cause. The doctor asked me about the progression of my symptoms after the flu, how much I typically use my voice, and my lifestyle habits one by one. Dr. Kim Do-yoon explained that my hoarse voice was not just due to inflammation; there was lingering inflammation around my vocal cords that was delaying my recovery. He explained my current condition in a way that was easy to understand, which eased my worries. He didn’t just prescribe medication immediately; he also performed a simple laryngeal examination and checked my breathing and vocal habits, which I found impressive. The treatment included medication to reduce inflammation and nebulizer inhalation therapy. The inhalation treatment felt refreshing rather than stingy on my throat, so there was no burden, and I could feel my throat becoming more comfortable right after the treatment. He also provided specific methods to reduce voice usage for a few days and gave tips for lifestyle management, which made it easy to take care of myself at home.

There was an Ota's nevus on the right side of my face next to my nose that hadn’t been responding to removal attempts for several years. I went to a local dermatologist, but they told me that even after removal, the roots of the Ota's nevus would still be there, and it would likely come back. Just as the doctor said, the Ota's nevus reappeared in the same spot after removal. This time, I went to Dongsan Family Medicine Clinic and asked Dr. Choi Chang-hoon to ensure the roots were properly removed since it had come back. After Dr. Choi removed the Ota's nevus, it hasn’t reappeared in that spot again, and it's all clean. This time, I also had some sebum around my mouth removed. It was done very delicately and without pain. From now on, I just need to maintain good care. I am always grateful for how well Dr. Choi takes care of my skin. Thank you.

I visited the hospital due to ongoing abdominal pain and diarrhea. In the consultation room, the doctor first checked the frequency of my diarrhea, the level of abdominal pain, and whether I had any vomiting or fever. They also asked about when the symptoms began and what I had eaten recently. After checking my abdomen for pain reactions, the doctor explained it seemed like acute enteritis and mentioned that medication would likely be enough for my current condition. They advised me to drink water frequently to prevent dehydration and to avoid spicy foods. I was prescribed antidiarrheal and pain relief medications, and there was a simple summary of how to take the meds, which was easy to understand. After taking the prescribed medication, my diarrhea and abdominal pain gradually improved over a day or two, and I was left with the impression of a fast and neat consultation.

I went to see the doctor because I had been feeling heavy and experiencing mild fever and muscle pain for several days. It was unclear whether it was just a simple cold or a result of overexertion, but the doctor asked about my recent condition and sleep, which made the consultation feel thorough. They focused on explaining my current symptoms rather than pushing for unnecessary tests, which was relieving. However, the facility isn’t the newest, so it might feel a bit outdated when you first visit. The waiting area isn’t very spacious, so it can get cramped if there are a lot of people. I found it inconvenient that if you need more precise testing, you have to be referred to another hospital. While the consultation itself was comfortable, it might leave you a bit disappointed if you're hoping for a quick resolution. Overall, it was a decent clinic for visiting due to light aches or general fatigue.

I received treatment for a skin condition. It's been almost two months, but there's still a scar on the wound, and it's been itching. I went back for a follow-up. They prescribed oral medication and ointment. The doctor checked the condition in person and explained things with drawings, which I found really helpful and I was grateful for that. However, the wait was very long. I looked up reviews on Naver before going and they were really accurate. There were two people ahead of me, and I waited for about 45 minutes. It seems like they get backed up a lot due to the treatments. I also saw reviews mentioning that the desk staff were unfriendly, saying there was a sense of discrimination. In reality, they are a bit brusque. Since there are many places that don't handle general conditions, when I asked before registering, they didn't seem very keen on answering. It felt a bit awkward. So next time, I plan to take the prescription and go to a family medicine clinic.
