I've been told that walking is the best for back pain, so I always make sure to walk regularly. The doctor gives thorough explanations, and the nurses and physical therapists are all very kind and helpful. Plus, on the fourth floor, they have shockwave therapy and exercise therapy facilities, which is great because I can get everything done in one visit.
