I found this place on my third attempt while looking for a psychiatrist in Kwangmyeong. It's called Mind-Chan. I've been coming here for over three years now. I think I've met all the doctors in between, but now I’ve settled on just one as my primary physician. Since my anxiety isn't at a severe stage, I think of it like taking supplements as I go through treatment. There's been no side effects or other low functioning issues from the medication, so it's really been helpful for me. In the morning, I take a dose if needed and I notice a change, or if I take it about 30 minutes beforehand, it really eases my mind psychologically. Just having the medication in my bag or pocket gives me a sense of relief. I wish it was as easy as taking cold medicine and stopping it immediately, but I know that panic and anxiety disorders need continuous care. So I’ll patiently wait.
