Thanks to the numbing cream, I had a tingling sensation, but it was manageable, and right after the procedure, there was just a bit of swelling and a slight sting. When I looked in the mirror, my lips had more definition and volume, making my overall look much softer. I had a tiny bruise, but it naturally faded after a few days, and people around me said I looked prettier without it being obvious, so I'm really pleased. I was quite anxious since it was my first time, but I loved that the effect was natural and not overdone. I was worried I’d look too plump, but it turned out beautifully natural, and I found myself thinking, 'Why didn’t I do this sooner?' I'm open to getting it done again when it’s time for a retouch, and I’d like to tell anyone trying it for the first time not to be too scared.
