The nasal congestion was due to swelling in the airway, which narrowed the passage, so they recommended nasal irrigation. The doctor used an endoscope to look inside, clarifying the blockage's cause. The prescription for nasal irrigation is very effective. I’ve been setting up laundry to humidify the room and turning on a humidifier while sleeping to help reduce my nasal congestion.
