There was one doctor and one nurse. The place was pleasant, and even though there was someone ahead of me, I didn’t have to wait because my consultation finished quickly after registration. I think the appointment lasted about five minutes. I went in because the skin around my eyes was painful, and they prescribed medication right away and wrapped things up quickly. At first, I wondered if they were not being very attentive, but they answered all my questions, so that didn’t seem to be the case. I asked about some other issues while I was there, but they didn’t give much attention to those. They told me to come back later, so I guess I’ll have to revisit once this condition improves. This was my first experience with a dermatologist in Gangneung, and I visited a few other clinics where the common theme was a lack of friendliness. It felt almost factory-like... However, I think my experience here was just okay.

I visited to remove spots / warts / skin tags from my face and neck. The staff who guided me and explained everything were really friendly and took care of me thoroughly. ^^ Especially, the doctor provided simple explanations throughout the procedure and answered all my various questions in detail. The doctor's tone was kind, and he was very friendly. And the best part is that the price is really reasonable. ^^ It was better than the quote I received from a dermatology clinic in Gangneung, so I was even happier~~ I was worried it might hurt a lot, but they applied plenty of numbing cream, so it was only slightly stingy? It was bearable. Haha. I don’t think I’ll be able to remove everything in one session, so I plan to visit again for more removal. Haha.
