In particular, the receptionists and nurses were very kind and attentive, which made me feel comfortable during my visit. However, I was left with a slight sense of disappointment regarding the consultation process with the director. Although the explanations were kind, I wish the director had provided more specific, data-based, and professional opinions regarding the patient's questions. While the overall service is satisfactory, I believe the hospital would become much more trustworthy if the depth of the medical consultation were improved.

So I asked if I could split it up and do it on both sides, and he said that would be the same as not doing it at all, so I should do it on one side. So I decided to do that for now. I went in to get the procedure done, and the doctor asked if I was only getting the injection on one side, and he said that it wouldn't be effective if I split it, so I asked if it was okay to split it and he said no, and that it would be effective even if I split it, so he split it on both sides. Does it make sense for someone who is neither a doctor nor a nurse to arbitrarily judge and tell patients what to do or not to do? lol...
