I had severe pain in my wrist due to fractures in both hands, making everyday life difficult. After some swelling went down, I had a cast on one hand only and a half-cast on the other for six weeks. I felt a bit better when the cast was removed, but I'm currently undergoing rehab.
There was no unnecessary treatment, and I liked that the consultation was thorough.
