This is my regular ENT clinic for rhinitis treatment. The downside is that there are a lot of people, so the waiting time can be long, but they provide good care and the medication seems effective. However, sometimes the nurses can come off as a bit unfriendly, possibly because they're busy. Still,
At the Ko Ivy Ear, Nose, and Throat Clinic, I received care comfortably thanks to the excellent facilities and the meticulous and friendly doctors and nurses. I'm extremely satisfied. Thank you!
I had a bug get in my ear while I was out for a walk, and even after trying to scoop it out with a cotton swab, it wouldn’t come out, so I came in to have it removed.
Everyone was kind and they provided thorough explanations and careful treatment.
Maybe it's because it's the cold season, but I waited for an hour on Saturday morning before I was seen.
