A few days ago, I've been having nosebleeds, so today I went to a local ENT. The doctor was really kind and explained everything thoroughly. He did an allergy skin test and a nasal exam as well, and kindly assured me that I would feel better if I took the medication.

1Awaiting reply On Sunday, March 8, 2026, around 11 AM, I visited the Jeong ENT Clinic in Hakik-dong. During the registration process, a staff member informed me that due to my voice being a little loud, "according to the director's policy, if there is any commotion, treatment will not be provided," and that it would be difficult to receive treatment. I am curious if it is acceptable to refuse treatment for this reason, especially considering that the patient is seeking help due to illness. I would like to hear an explanation from the hospital regarding whether this is a hospital policy or if this is generally an appropriate measure that hospitals can take.
