I caught a cold starting Saturday afternoon and visited for the first time. The hospital was bright and comfortable, which I really liked. The nurses greeted me warmly and kindly. The doctor was thorough and nice as well. They explained what was wrong with me through pictures and how the medication
I find myself visiting the ENT clinic often, and I really like that it's close to home. Since it's still new, there aren't many people, so I can get seen quickly, which is great. But I guess if more people start coming frequently, I might have to wait longer. 😅 The smart and youthful female doctor
☆I'm always grateful for the meticulous care and prescriptions. My severe rhinitis has improved so much here that I feel like my visits to the hospital have reduced by 1/5. The hospital facilities, including the restrooms, are exceptionally clean and well-maintained.
The doctor explained the causes of my pharyngitis in detail, so I was able to understand how to manage it as well.
I received great care. The explanations and precautions were clearly communicated, so I had a good experience.
