갑자기 고열이 나고 몸살 증상이 심해서 베스트이화의원을 방문했어요. 대기 시간이 길지 않았고, 접수부터 안내까지 친절하게 도와주셔서 아픈 상태에서도 비교적 편하게 진료를 받을 수 있었습니다. 원장님이 증상을 꼼꼼하게 확인해주시고 독감 여부를 검사한 뒤 결과와 치료 방향을 자세히 설명해주셔서 안심이 됐어요. 처방도 빠르게 진행해주셔서 오래 기다리지 않아 좋았고, 복용 방법과 주의사항도 꼼꼼히 안내해주셨습니다. 약을 먹고 나니 열과 몸살이 점차 가라앉았고 회복이 빨랐어요. 전반적으로 신속하고 체계적인 진료라 만족스러웠습니다.
I have been feeling uncomfortable and have constant burping after meals, so I went for a consultation and got a prescription. The doctor was very thorough and explained everything in detail. Thank you!
