견과류 챙길게요 건강 생각해야죠
"People often avoid nuts when trying to lose weight because they believe the energy and fat content in nuts can contribute to weight gain," explained study lead author Professor Alison Coates, a nutritionist at the University of South Australia. Instead, nuts may help curb hunger more effectively. "Nuts are rich in healthy unsaturated fats, plant-based proteins, and dietary fiber, which promote satiety and reduce excess calorie consumption," Professor Coates said. "They are also associated with improved cardiovascular and metabolic health, gut health, and cognitive performance."
The researchers analyzed the results of seven randomized controlled trials involving diets that reduced food intake by between 240 and 1,000 calories per day. The studies lasted from one month to one year and included 676 overweight or obese people.
No studies have shown that nuts hinder weight loss. Four of the studies found that nuts actually helped people lose more weight, the researchers said. In fact, one study found that people who consumed 42.5 to 85 grams of nuts daily lost between 3 and 15 pounds more than those who followed the same diet without nuts.
Sharaya Carter, a researcher at the University of South Australia and a member of the research team, said:
"Nuts offer flavors and textures you won't find in other foods, while also making them a healthy, on-the-go snack," he said. "For those who enjoy nuts, it's a huge benefit to know that they can improve overall health and aid in weight loss. And for health professionals, it's a benefit to be able to confidently recommend nuts as part of a healthy diet."

For those who followed the same diet without nuts
Statistics show that 1.36kg to 7.26kg more was lost compared to the previous year.
Then shouldn't we start by getting the nuts?
