How to increase protein content? Boiled egg vs fried eggYou can have breakfast with just eggs. Some people eat eggs raw to minimize cooking time. However, raw eggs are less nutritious than boiled eggs or fried eggs. There is also a risk of food poisoning, so it's better to cook them even if you're busy.

 

◇ Fried eggs have the highest protein and fat content

Eggs are highly nutritious regardless of how they are eaten, but if we had to specify, frying them as a fried egg provides the highest protein content. According to the Rural Development Administration's National Standard Food Composition Database, 100g of raw eggs has a caloric value of 136 kcal, and contains ▲carbohydrates 0.79g

▲Protein 12.91g

▲Contains 8.25g of 지방 (fat).

The caloric content of 100g of boiled eggs is 145 kcal.

Carbohydrates 1.37g

Protein 13.46g

▲Contains 8.69g of fat. The protein and fat content of a boiled egg is slightly higher, but there is no significant difference.

 

☆Egg fried rice has higher fat and protein content than raw eggs and boiled eggs.

The caloric content of a 100g fried egg is 206 kcal, with ▲carbohydrates at 3.79g, ▲protein at 15.12g, and ▲fat at 13.46g. If you're concerned about the high fat content, you can use less cooking oil when frying the egg.

 

◇Raw eggs absorb less protein and pose a higher risk of food poisoning

On busy mornings, eating raw eggs is the most convenient, but it is not recommended. Raw eggs are harder to digest than slightly cooked eggs. According to the National Institute of Animal Science, it takes about 2 hours and 30 minutes for a person to digest raw eggs, and about 1 hour and 30 minutes for soft-boiled eggs.

People with weak digestive function may not properly break down and absorb egg proteins in the intestines when they eat raw eggs.

 

There is a risk of infection with Salmonella bacteria, the causative agent of food poisoning and enteritis. Salmonella bacteria are especially abundant on eggshells. Avoid the act of piercing the eggshell immediately after taking eggs out of the refrigerator and then putting your mouth on it to consume the contents. If infected, symptoms such as fever, abdominal pain, vomiting, and diarrhea may appear 36 hours later.

To prevent food poisoning, it must be thoroughly cooked before eating. Salmonella bacteria are eliminated after heating at 65°C for 20 to 30 minutes or at temperatures above 75°C for more than 1 minute.

I prefer raw eggs over fried eggs. When I fry an egg, the yolk from the egg...

It seems like there was a strong smell of the yolk.

Although I didn't prefer it, fried eggs are nutritious.

The content is good.
