Enterotoxins are toxic substances secreted by intestinal microorganisms. Depending on which part of the intestine they affect, they can cause symptoms such as vomiting, diarrhea, and abdominal pain. Eating foods high in gluten, such as wheat flour and fast food, is particularly prone to producing enterotoxins. Here, we introduce an exercise method that is effective in eliminating these intestinal toxins.

 

▷Butt kick exercise

 

Lie face down and raise your upper body. This will stimulate your lungs, helping to expel toxins and gases. Then, alternately raise and lower your feet, feeling as if you were kicking your buttocks. Your toes and legs should touch your buttocks. This exercise is not only good for your intestines, but also strengthens your core muscles.

▷Gas Removal Exercise

 

This exercise, which uses a towel, relaxes the intestines and expels gas. First, sit on a flat surface. Roll a towel lengthwise, drape it over the soles of your feet, and hold the ends with both hands. It's important to keep your back straight, not arched. Then, maintain your balance and raise your feet to knee height. Be careful not to raise your feet too high, as this can cause you to fall backward. With your legs raised, look up and straighten your back.

 

▷10-minute belly massage before going to bed

 

In addition to exercise, massaging your abdomen is also beneficial. Give your belly a 10-minute massage before bed. This gentle abdominal massage provides physical stimulation to the internal organs and improves blood circulation. Place both hands on your abdomen, apply firm pressure with your palms, and massage up and down. This will warm and soften your abdomen. Next, apply pressure in a circular motion, centered around your navel, and press firmly on your sides.

 

In addition to exercise, improving your eating habits is also beneficial to eliminate intestinal toxins. Eat foods rich in soluble fiber, such as konjac, hemp, seaweed, and natto. These foods stimulate intestinal peristalsis. Also, cut down on coffee and carbonated drinks and drink tea instead. Herbal teas, chamomile tea, and peppermint tea are effective in relieving bloating and stomach pain.
