There are also methods such as procedures and professional treatments to maintain skin health. However, experts agree that without lifestyle habit corrections for skin health, it is difficult to see proper results. Here are some tips for daily life to manage skin during the summer.

 

▲ Proper cooling

 

Not only ultraviolet rays but also the heat of summer itself are not good for skin health. This is because the faster aging process accelerates as skin temperature rises above normal body temperature. As a way to release excessive heat, the pores of the skin also expand more than before. Therefore, during the summer, it is helpful for each household to implement appropriate cooling measures to maintain skin health.

 

If purchasing or operating cooling devices is burdensome, another method is to apply cold compresses to the skin after going outside. However, directly placing cold packs or ice on the skin can cause excessive stimulation due to the cold, so it is recommended to wrap cold packs or ice in a towel before use.

      아무래도 온도가 높으니까 얼굴 온도ㄷ높겠지요.
      침구류도 일주일에 한번 세탁을 해주면
      좋은데 여의치 않으면 햇벁에 말리는
