My family is struggling with insomnia, and I am worried.

As you get older, you tend to fall asleep earlier and wake up earlier, right?
But as I found out, it's not just a matter of going to bed early and waking up early.
The elderly person's insomnia symptoms are severe.
 
It becomes a problem for my family.

Around 8 PM, you watch TV and then sit down and doze off ~
Then, I think it would be better to just lie down comfortably and sleep.
But if you fall asleep around 8 o'clock, you tend to wake up more often in the middle and wake up early in the morning.
So, you sit and fall asleep and wake up, watch TV a little... you usually go to bed around 10 o'clock.
When you sit down, you suddenly feel very sleepy.
They say they can't fall asleep once they settle down to sleep.
Then, you lie down and toss and turn for 1 to 2 hours, sometimes falling asleep late or being unable to sleep until even later.
It's also a problem that you don't sleep through the night and keep waking up 2 to 3 times.

When I was young, I would fall asleep quickly even if I woke up in the middle of the night.
Elderly people often find it hard to fall back asleep if they wake up in the middle of the night.
So, you spend sleepless nights like that and wake up around 5 a.m. to start your day.
Since you can't sleep properly, you're tired during the day and say you feel sleepy again after lunch.

Try changing the bedroom environment by hanging blackout curtains.
Try exercising during the day, too.
I try not to sleep during the day, so I go for walks.
Try taking magnesium in the evening as well.
They say eating lettuce can make you sleepy, so try eating some.
Try taking the prescribed sleeping pills.
Even after looking into everything and trying all of it
The effect is not very noticeable~

    사람에게 있어서 수면은 정말 중요한데 불면증이라 너무 힘드시겠어요
    덜피곤해서 그렇데 쉽게들 말하는데 그런 문제가 아니죠 
    병원을 옮겨 보시는건 어떨까요? 옮기면 약의 강도나 제약회사도 달라지고 의사소견이 달라질수도 있으니까요
