Reducing inflammation and eliminating it from the body are important for maintaining health. I will share ways to effectively manage and eliminate inflammation within the body.

 

1. Consumption of anti-inflammatory foods

Dietary therapy plays an important role in managing inflammation. Anti-inflammatory foods include fish rich in omega-3 fatty acids (such as salmon and mackerel), fruits and vegetables high in antioxidants (such as berries, broccoli, and spinach), whole grains rich in dietary fiber (such as oats and quinoa), olive oil, and nuts. Research has shown that these foods reduce inflammation and have anti-inflammatory effects.

 

2. Reducing refined carbohydrates and sugar

      장 보시면 현명할것 같아요
      연어가 예전보다 가격이 많이 올라가서
      잘 안먹게 되는데  지중해식 음식이
      좋다고 하니 이주에는 구입해서
      먹어야겠네요.
