◇ Blood sugar fluctuations need to be reduced
 

Reducing the range of blood sugar fluctuations caused by meals is effective in relieving fatigue. Eating on an empty stomach causes blood sugar levels to rise and fall rapidly, a phenomenon known as a "blood sugar spike." When blood sugar levels rise rapidly, excessive insulin is secreted to lower them. However, when blood sugar levels drop again, hypoglycemia occurs, leading to drowsiness. Frequent blood sugar spikes not only increase fatigue, but also lead to increased fatigue.

The risk of developing diabetes also increases. Conversely, postprandial fatigue is also an early symptom of diabetes. It's best to reduce refined carbohydrates like flour and sugar, which rapidly raise blood sugar levels, and focus on less refined carbohydrates like whole grains. Eating fiber-rich vegetables and protein-rich foods like beans and tofu also slows digestion and absorption, reducing blood sugar spikes.

 
 
◇Regular meals including protein
 

Meals should include high-quality protein, such as beans, milk, and fish. Protein provides energy quickly, boosts immunity, and aids in recovery from fatigue. Eating regularly at set times is also important. This maintains hormonal balance in the body, preventing fatigue. Insulin is secreted after meals to regulate blood sugar levels, and the amount of insulin secreted influences the secretion of other hormones. Overeating is also a must. Eating more increases blood flow to the stomach, reducing oxygen delivery to the brain.

 
◇Avoid caffeine intake
 

Avoid consuming caffeine, such as coffee, to combat drowsiness. While caffeine's stimulating effects may temporarily wake you up, once the stimulating effects wear off, you'll likely feel tired again. Excessive caffeine consumption should also be avoided. Excessive caffeine consumption stimulates the body's hormone secretion system and central nervous system, leading to hormonal imbalances. This increases heart rate, breathing, and other factors, leading to a sharp increase in energy expenditure, making it easy to feel fatigued.

      다행인건 전 고기보다 야채위주로 식단이고,
      동물성 보단 식물성 단백질을 선호 하거든요
      그런데 간혹 고기 고기 ㅎㅎ 먹고 싶은날은 
      꼭 먹어줘야죠 ~
