Night eating syndrome is one of the modern illnesses that has emerged as the population engaged in late-night activities such as night shifts increases, characterized by not eating well during the day and consuming more than 50% of the total daily intake after dinner at night.

To overcome night eating syndrome, damaged

It is important to restore your body's rhythm to a regular pattern. Skipping breakfast can lead to a longer fasting period, increasing the risk of binge eating in the evening and at night, so even a simple meal is recommended.

You should make sure to have breakfast.

If it's difficult to have breakfast, eating a satisfying lunch is also a good option.

 

To reset your biological rhythm, you should go outdoors during the day and spend at least 30 minutes in sufficient sunlight, allowing your body to breathe. When exposed to sunlight during the day, melatonin secretion is suppressed, making it easier to fall asleep at night.

If you feel hungry even after dinner, it is recommended to consume foods that are low in calories and help with sleep, such as eggs, Greek yogurt, almonds, and tofu.

      아무래도 잠을 늦게 자면 궁금한게
      많아지는 시간 같아요.
      다이어트를  할때에는 머가 먹고 싶어서
      눈에 아른거렸는데지금은 건강해 질려고 하니까 먹고 싶은 생각이 없어져요.
