If you want to drink a carbonated beverage, try replacing it with sparkling water with a little lemon added.

 

Salad dressing with lots of additives and fats

 

Salad dressings often contain preservatives, artificial flavors, and colorings. These additives can have negative effects on health in the long term. They also tend to be high in fat. Ranch dressing has about 73 kcal per tablespoon, Caesar dressing about 78 kcal per tablespoon, and blue cheese dressing about 76 kcal per tablespoon. Using olive oil, a little salt, and vinegar as a dressing instead of store-bought dressings can significantly reduce calorie intake when eating salads.

 

Flavored yogurt with three times more sugar than plain yogurt

 

Strawberry, blueberry, and vanilla yogurt typically contain three times the amount of sugar found in plain yogurt per 170g. Instead, try adding fresh fruit or nuts to plain yogurt. It contains less sugar and provides more fiber and nutrients. Plain yogurt helps reduce hunger for a longer period compared to non-fat yogurt, making it beneficial for dieting.

      요즘에는 저당으로도 나오던데 저는 굴소스 좋아해서 저당으로 먹기도 하거든요.
