Usually, 30 to 40 minutes after exercising, sweat containing heavy metals such as lead, cadmium, and mercury, as well as harmful substances accumulated in the body, is produced. Sweat from exercise comes from the skin's sebaceous glands. Sweat from these glands also expels excess oils like cholesterol and subcutaneous fat, as well as lactic acid, which causes fatigue. By sweating through exercise, we can remove accumulated waste from our bodies and improve blood circulation and lymphatic flow.

Sweat from exercise also expels endocrine-disrupting chemicals accumulated in the body. These chemicals are naturally absorbed through daily life.
