기본을 지키며 당뇨관리 해야죠. 저도 잡곡밥 위주로 먹고 밥을 지으면 냉장 보관을 해요. 저항성전분이 생겨나서 혈당을 올리는것을 막아준다네요. 당뇨가 생기고 나면 조절하기가 힘들어요. 오르기전에 꾸준히 조절하는게 최선인거 같아요. 운동도 꾸준히 해야되고요. 잘 지켜내시길 바래요. 화이팅입니다

My family has a history of diabetes.ㅠ
Fortunately, my blood sugar levels are still stable, and I am proactively managing and preventing issues through consistent exercise and diet.
I pay attention to basic lifestyle habits such as regular exercise, drinking plenty of water, not sitting for long periods, and I also pay attention to my daily diet.
First, I avoid white rice and try to mix in whole grains as much as possible. I prefer barley, oats, brown rice, and similar grains that are less processed. I also frequently mix in lentils or konjac rice.
I try to eat a variety of vegetables evenly with every meal. I enjoy ssam (wrap) rice, so I prepare various types of wrap vegetables, and I also make salads with colorful, vibrant vegetables.
Since I have a family history, I am trying to manage my health more diligently.
