✨⭐️My personal blood sugar management method and recommended protein products for blood sugar control⭐️✨
Hello🤗🤗 Today, I am going to share my own blood sugar management secret!!
Reducing calories in a diet is important, but these days, blood sugar management is also really crucial.
So, when you look at diet content, there are many that also focus on blood sugar management!
The importance of blood sugar dieting has become more crucial than ever before.
So, let's briefly understand why blood sugar is important..!!😎
If blood sugar levels are too high, it can easily lead to the deadly disease diabetes! It is said to have a significant impact on weight gain. Therefore, even if you eat rice with low calories... no matter how low the calories are, if the sugar is too high, it can actually lead to weight gain. This is supported by actual research results and also frequently mentioned by doctors on morning broadcasts.
And it is said that bad roles, such as alcohol, have a direct or indirect impact on adult diseases and various health conditions.
High sugar levels can stimulate a provocative taste, which may lead to undesirable outcomes where the body and mind are not satisfied unless the stimulation is intense. 😭
Simply put, high blood sugar is harmful to health and increases the risk of being exposed to various diseases.
Therefore, in modern society, eating a healthy meal and taking care of one's blood sugar levels has become an urgent task that cannot be postponed any longer.
You need to take care of your health with low blood sugar!!
Then, I will explain two categories of methods for managing blood sugar.
❤️First, I will explain how to manage blood sugar!!❤️
I am managing my blood sugar levels in three different ways 😄
❤️Reduce carbohydrates and fruits
The most, most, most, most important thing for blood sugar management is to reduce both carbohydrates and sugar. Therefore, you should avoid foods containing carbohydrates and foods high in sugar as much as possible. I, for example, follow a diet that primarily reduces carbohydrates and limit excessive intake of fruits with high sugar content.
In the case of fruits, I set a specific amount and only consume that amount within a designated cup. If I don't set a limit, I tend to pick and eat various fruits because they are healthy, but I end up eating too much, haha. Moderation is really important. Fruits definitely contain a lot of vitamins and are good for the body, but proper control is essential! For those like me who find it hard to exercise restraint, I strongly recommend setting a daily intake limit!!
First, I enjoy milk with low carbohydrates and high protein content, as well as boiled eggs. These products also provide a sense of fullness and have low carbohydrates, which can positively affect blood sugar health!!
Managing a low-carb, high-protein diet!! And fruits! Not just eating because they are good for your body, but setting portions to control sugar levels! This is how I am managing my diet😀 Please remember these two things!!
❤️❤️2. Intermittent Fasting
It is said that insulin is really heavily involved in diabetes management.
However, it is said that this insulin can be regulated through intermittent fasting!
So, I do intermittent fasting about 1-2 times a week.
The best time for intermittent fasting is when, but I prefer to do it in the evening to prevent excessive insulin secretion.
Intermittent fasting can help solve the problem of decreased insulin secretion and elevated blood sugar levels! Since you don't eat, your body uses stored fat for energy, which is very helpful for dieting. However, everyone... anything in excess... is not good.
Excessive intermittent fasting is not advisable, right?
You should take good care of yourself at every meal, but I am practicing intermittent fasting, which is an important method to help manage blood sugar levels, even if only occasionally!!!! When fasting within reasonable limits, I feel refreshed and light after fasting, which also lifts my mood haha!! In fact, I have experienced my blood sugar returning to normal many times through fasting, so I highly recommend this method!! 😄
One more recommendation: water!!💦💦💦💦💦
You need to drink plenty of water.
No matter how many zero cola or zero products come out, they say it can never replace water.
Please make sure to drink plenty of water when eating or feeling hungry.
Drinking plenty of water helps with low blood sugar!
Don't forget to drink water, okay? ❤️
❤️❤️❤️ Exercising
Exercising is extremely, extremely important, right?
It would be good to do various exercises before meals, after meals, and during breaks, but you probably don't have time. So, I set this goal.
⭐️Walking 10,000 steps every day
Walk 30 minutes after meals (even if you reach 10,000 steps)
⭐️Make sure to go running on the weekend
⭐️Make sure to do strength training at home to maintain your basal metabolic rate.
I consistently practice four things.
I am confident that consistently doing this kind of exercise will help maintain healthy blood sugar levels.
I highly recommend it.
Eating is important, but exercising is also truly very important!!
Don't just think about it, let's take action first⭐️⭐️🎶🎶
And I also recommend protein drinks for blood sugar management that I drink after exercising haha!!
There are a total of three products!!
This is a LabNoosh product.
It's a brand new, hot item.
The taste is the best! The amount of protein is the best! But!!
The sugar content is about 5g, and the price is slightly higher.
It's 7,000 won for three convenience stores, haha. There's a minor downside, but it's not really a downside.
Still, since it's a mortgage product, you can enjoy it deliciously🩵
It's a famous product, Takefit Peach Iced Tea flavor.
Good amount of protein, reasonable price, and 0g of sugars are advantages!!
The taste was a bit fishy.
However, I think it has a great advantage in that it contains 0g of sugar!!!
Ultiveve Vegan Protein
It has the major advantage of being a vegan product and the benefit of containing 0g of sugars.
I don't really see any disadvantages. Maybe the protein amount is average? Haha, that might be it.
I mentioned the three types of low-sugar protein drinks I consume, and if you follow the three methods I shared earlier and have a low-sugar protein drink after exercise, you'll have a healthy body!
And I believe you will be able to manage healthy blood sugar levels.
By the way, if I were to recommend just one, I would suggest the Labnosh drink number 1.
It's a bit expensive and has some sugar in 5G, but it's so delicious despite being low in sugar ㅠㅠㅠ You can have a happy diet ㅠㅠㅠㅋㅋㅋ
These days, blood sugar management is extremely important.
Please refer to my blood sugar management method to create your own approach, and I encourage you to live a healthy life in your own way 💪
Then I will end the writing here!!
Everyone, stay healthy! ❣️❣️❣️❣️
