I am someone who constantly thinks about blood sugar management. I also regularly check my blood sugar. As I get older, I become more cautious about what I eat, partly because of age, but mainly because of my constitution, I need to manage my sugar intake.
So, as I started managing my blood sugar, I first replaced the ingredients in the house that contained sweets.
Oligosaccharides are replaced with allulose, sugar is replaced with stevia, and both ketchup and oyster sauce are replaced with low-sugar alternatives.
I think managing will be possible if I change even the small ingredients, and since eating is the most sensitive issue, I am paying more attention to it. Fortunately, these days, there are many snacks that can substitute for sweets, so I am glad about that. I am also trying to stay consistent with my diet. When I lose weight and feel hungry, I often think of things to eat, which causes conflict and makes it difficult, but at those times, I soothe my hunger by making and eating homemade yogurt, adding cabbage salad and tomatoes.
