My personal blood sugar management method: Consistent 10,000 steps walking
Since two years ago, my fasting blood sugar levels in blood tests have been slightly above the normal range, so my doctor advised me to try controlling it through diet and exercise, and I have been following that advice.
I'm not yet at the medication adjustment stage, so I am consistently practicing walking 10,000 steps.
I tried to go to the gym every day, but I couldn't, so I started doing home workouts, walking, and developing a lifestyle of walking short distances. As a result, my blood sugar levels in the last blood test fell within the normal range.
Since managing my diet is a bit difficult, I believe my secret to blood sugar control is not just consistent walking but regular daily steps.
