My favorite sleep item is a pillow I can hug while sleeping.

 

 

These days, thanks to my new pillow for sleeping while hugging, I have many nights of restful sleep and am maintaining my best condition.
The amount of sleep needed per day varies from person to person, but for adults, it is generally recommended to be 7 to 8 hours.
What matters here is not the amount of sleep, but the quality of it.

I've been feeling sluggish lately because of the heavy rain, and maybe because I move around a lot, but I feel even more tired after waking up.
So I looked into the correct sleeping position, and it turns out that sleeping on your back or, if you have a herniated disc or lower back pain, sleeping on your side with a pillow or cushion between your knees is recommended.

So I started sleeping while hugging a pillow, and just hugging it makes me feel sleepy, which is so nice.

    저는 옆으로 돌아서 자는 습관이 있는데 안고자는 베개 하나 있으면 어깨가 덜 아플거같아요~
