My favorite sleep item is a pillow I can hug while sleeping.

I've been feeling sluggish lately because of the heavy rain, and maybe because I move around a lot, but I feel even more tired after waking up.
So I looked into the correct sleeping position, and it turns out that sleeping on your back or, if you have a herniated disc or lower back pain, sleeping on your side with a pillow or cushion between your knees is recommended.
So I started sleeping while hugging a pillow, and just hugging it makes me feel sleepy, which is so nice.
