Before I go to sleep, I relax my face with a guasha and massage my legs with a textured foam roller.
Rubbing my jaw with a guasha tool makes my muscles feel relaxed and it feels refreshing!
And when you press the front and back of your legs with a foam roller, it may hurt at first, but after rubbing a little more, it will feel refreshing and loosen up.
Just relaxing my face and legs before falling asleep seems to make me feel sleepy.
