They say that sleeping well is healthy. I understand the importance of sleep, but since I am currently going through menopause, my body is experiencing many changes, especially difficulty falling asleep and achieving deep sleep. To help with sleep, I use blackout curtains and a Dr. Kim Kang On thermal eye mask that helps reduce eye fatigue. Additionally, I take L-theanine, which is said to aid sleep, about an hour before going to bed. It seems to help, even just a little.
