My personal sleep items: Kim Su-ja sleep mask & Amad Tea chamomile tea
What should I introduce as a sleep item that I usually use before going to bed? Thinking about it, the first thing that came to mind was a sleep mask.
This is a health and wellness product by Kim Su-ja, and there is a small inner component (?) inside the cover.
They said it contains various beans(?) or grains(?), but I don't remember;;;
It has a slight weight, so I lightly spray water, warm it in the microwave, and place it on my eyes, which gives a gentle pressing sensation around the eyes, and I like it.
And I also feel a scent that seems like medicinal herbs, but also seems not.
On nights when I can't sleep well, I warm up some milk when I feel hungry.
If I don't feel like drinking milk, I brew and drink chamomile tea.
I remember hearing that chamomile is good for sleep...
There isn't a particular brand I prefer, but currently at home, I have Ahmad Tea's chamomile tea bags.
It's not just chamomile, but a blend of herbs that produce different scents and flavors, making it richer and more enjoyable to drink without feeling overwhelmed. This is the advantage of blending teas, isn't it? ^^
