대단하시네요~~홧~팅! 입니다.
Today, I climbed 32 floors of stairs.
On the TV program called "Body God"
Watching again the instructions on how to walk properly with your hips
This time, I walked with hip walking.
It's better to climb two steps at a time.
I did the same, and my step count was cut in halfㅠㅠ
Walk while checking if the muscles below the hips are engaging.
Keep the body straight and vertically aligned from the head to the waist.
They told me to put my weight on my heels.
Walking on tiptoe puts strain on the calves.
I can't tell if I'm using my butt muscles.
When I climbed the three stairs, there was a part where I felt a lot of strain.
That was the part where the buttock muscles are used.
The glute and thigh muscles need to be strengthened.
Burning a lot of fat will increase your basal metabolic rate.
And since I walked two steps at a time, maybe because I walked less than expected.
It was amazing how it was less tiring than just walking one step at a time!
I will do my best.
