Morning exercise, climbing 16 floors of stairs

 

I want to neatly reach 1,000 steps.

I feel good because it's morning.

I urged them to climb 32 floors of stairs...

 

I only went up to the 16th floor.

I wanted to run last time, but my legs felt heavy.

I just couldn't run anymore 🤣

 

I plan to do it every other day, starting with the 32nd floor and then the 16th floor!

Today, let's keep fighting.
