Since some time ago, whenever I have worries or things I need to do, I can't sleep properly and almost end up having nightmares.
Even when checking sleep quality with a watch, it's still very poor.
So these days, I’ve been eating tart cherries. I heard that tart cherries help with sleep. So I eat tart cherries before bed, wear an eye mask, and go to sleep. It’s not like I fall asleep dramatically instantly, but I definitely think it’s effective.
