My sleep essentials are blackout curtains and a hot pack.
I have insomnia and a habit of waking up frequently.
Blackout curtains have been a really great help.
And the hot pack has an automatic shut-off feature after 2 hours.
Sleeping with the head elevated helps promote restful sleep.
Even after waking up, if you turn on the hot pack, you'll drift back to sleep easily~
The product I use is a clay tile hot pack.
The price is reasonable, and I like that it's a bit heavy.
