As I entered menopause, I started walking 10,000 steps a day, doing 5 minutes of stretching, and turning off the room lights and turning on a sleep-inducing lamp before bed. These habits help me feel calm and fall asleep quickly. The light color, which is more yellow than white, reduces eye fatigue and provides a sense of comfort.^^
