Since I was young, I loved dairy products and would frequently drink milk. I used to enjoy cereal with milk quite well... but at some point, I started to feel uncomfortable when I ate it cold, especially in the morning. As a result, I began to drink it warm more often. As I got older, I limited myself to just one cup of coffee a day, and that too only in the morning... I also avoid green tea and black tea because of the caffeine content that can disturb sleep. To ensure a good night's sleep, I drink warm milk every night. I used to post on my social media every night that I drink a warm cup of milk to help with restful sleep... Coincidentally, it matches my routine perfectly, so I want to introduce this item—though it may be obvious—that I practice every day: a warm cup of milk.
