I don't particularly wear an eye mask or use a massage curtain.
My sleep tab is to avoid stress by taking walks in the park or exercising as much as possible.
Recently, I've been busy with various Cashdoc challenges, and as I lead a hectic life, I used to have quite severe insomnia, but now that I make my body tired, I sleep a lot and I think the quality of my sleep has also improved significantly.

1) When you feel sleepy, don't hold back and go to sleep.
2) Make an effort not to get stressed (by taking walks or listening to music)
3) Exercise. (Doing it too intensely can have the opposite effect.)
