I tried walking 4,000 steps diligently on my way home.

Recently, on my way here, I tried using this exercise equipment at the park.

It seems to be full weight.

Since my upper body is weak, I had a hard time with number 3, but I did number 7 and came back haha

It's really insignificant, but I felt proud for no reason.

I will try to do it whenever I have free time from now on!

 

And I climbed 16 floors of stairs and arrived home.

I decided to just go up to the 16th floor without overthinking it, as naturally as breathing.

It's not exercise, it's a routine.

 

Even if I can't walk a full ten thousand steps all at once,

I think it will have the same effect as walking 10,000 steps at each time.
