A long time ago, I heard from someone that if you want to sleep well, you should gently warm up some white milk in the microwave and drink it.
When I have trouble sleeping or can't fall asleep, I tried this method and it really worked, so I often share it with others.

Warm milk is also delicious and has a good nutty flavor!
