Megurism Warm Eye Mask that Helps with Sleep

The Megurism heated eye mask that my friend bought for me when she visited Japan is my sleep item. My friend tried it first and recommended it because she liked it, so I tried it for the first time. When I put the eye mask over my eyes before sleeping, it warms up and gives a feeling of drowsiness. I can fall asleep faster than when I don't use the heated eye mask. Therefore, when I have an important event the next day, I always use the heated eye mask before going to bed the night before.
